Professional Level Opportunities for Growth

No matter your profession, your growth is always a high priority at LRMC. That’s why our continuing effort for career development grows everyday with your needs. For non-clinical and clinical professionals alike, we have programs such as our Career Institute. You can participate in a certificate program on topics such as customer service, effective supervision, clerical skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, decision making, and even a clinical specific specialty area, such as respiratory.

Supervisor Forum is another wonderful developmental program offered at LRMC, as is our broad and informative Preceptor Training. A discussion of our developmental opportunities would not be complete without a mention of our Succession Planning program. Talented team members who are sponsored into Succession Planning at LRMC participate in a rigorous program designed to challenge them to grow to the next level, and to come away with a broad understanding of the organization and its strategies.
