We would love to speak individually with each and every person who applies for employment here, and to give everyone the personal attention that s/he deserves. That having been said, due to the high volume of applications that we receive, it simply isnt possible. Nonetheless, we do strive to keep our applicants informed as to the status of their application.
Helpful Q&A
Q: How will I know you received my online application?
A: If you use a valid email address, youll immediately receive an automated response confirming that we received your application. You will also receive additional correspondence from us regarding the status of your application at that address. Be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder, as some email systems may block our messages.
Q: When will it be reviewed? When will I hear from you?
A: We make every effort to review all applications within two days after we receive them. For positions that bring in a higher volume of applications, such as entry-level or clerical, we are committed to reviewing them within one week of receipt. If you are among those candidates selected for interview, youll hear from us shortly, either by phone, email, or both. If you are not selected for an interview, youll be notified by either email or mail. If the position for which you applied has been filled, but you are still under consideration for other possible positions, that may delay our getting back to you.
Q: How can I check the status of my application?
A: You can check the status online. Once you submit your request to check the status of your application, the system will email a reply to you. Please note that this is not an instantaneous process. Please don’t call to check the status. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, this is not a service we can provide.
Q: How long will my application remain active?
A: Six months from the date you submit it.
Q: Will you automatically consider me for positions other than the one that I applied for?
A: If your qualifications appear to be a match for another open position, well make every effort to give you consideration. However, to make sure that you are considered for all positions in which you are interested, you should submit an application for each of those positions. For example, if youre interested in both the Food Service Worker position and the Environmental Services Aide position, you should submit an application for both of those positions. However, if you are interested in Food Service Worker and there are several of those positions posted, you need not file separate applications for each one.
Q: If I previously completed an online application and want to apply again, do I have to complete another?
A: No. You can access your completed application and update it to apply again.
Q: How can I submit my résumé?
A: You can cut and paste it into your online application. We are not able to accept hard copy résumés.
Q: What if I don’t see a position Im interested in posted online?
A: We can only accept applications for currently posted positions. The job postings on our Website are updated twice weekly, so please check back often. You can also sign up for CareerMail, an automated service that will notify you when a position of interest to you is posted on our Website.
Q: What if I forget my ID and password?
A: Please write it down when you submit your application and keep it in a safe place. If you are unable to remember it, call Human Resources at (863) 687-1205 and our representative will assist you.
Q: What do I need to know about the pre-employment physical?
A: Applicants who accept a provisional offer of employment will be scheduled for a pre-employment physical. It will be conducted in Employee Health and will require a minimum of two visits. Please bring with you:
