As a Graduate Nurse at LRMC, we understand the many challenges you face as you obtain your Florida state licensure. And we're here to help. We offer our new graduates a four-day, fully-paid NCLEX Review Class each January and June. We also offer reimbursement for initial licensure application and testing, to help you offset these expenses.

Graduate Nurse Residency Program
As you begin your career as a RN, there is still much to learn. We’re here to support you. Our Graduate Nurse Residency Program profoundly affects your professional development and will influence the course of your career for years to come.
Our GNRP allows you to bridge the gap between education and professional nursing practice. It is a multi-phased program that serves as a guide during your first six months of practice. Graduate Nurse Residency Coordinators will mentor, support, and guide you while assisting with your transition to a confident and professional RN.
Your Dedication Is Rewarded
At Lakeland Regional Medical Center, your decision to pursue a higher level of education in nursing is rewarded. Your certification in your specialty area of practice, or the achievement of your BSN or MSN, is a reflection of your commitment to providing only the highest quality patient care, and we appreciate you. Our nurses receive additional pay differentials for these educational distinctions.
