General Education Programs at LRMC

At LRMC, we offer various training programs so our professionals have the skills and knowledge needed for the healthcare of today, and more importantly, tomorrow. That’s why we utilize a variety of different teaching methods such as classroom sessions, hands-on labs, discussion groups, TV programming and self-study modules to give our people a competitive edge in this evolving profession. Tuition Reimbursement Benefits

In addition to our ongoing training and development, we offer you an opportunity to continue your formal education. As an eligible employee at LRMC, you could attend one of our prestigious area schools, such as Florida Southern College or the University of South Florida.

We offer a generous tuition reimbursement benefit, up to $3000 annually. You can use this benefit to pursue a degree, or even a course, from an accredited institution of higher learning, so long as the degree or course is related to your current job, or prepares you for another job at LRMC.
