To apply for a job, complete the online application. The first step is to create an account so that you can track the progress of your application. Next, upload your resume or complete the required fields of the application and specify your area of experience.
If you have additional information you would like to include that would be helpful in evaluating your application, please include under “Other Comments.” Once you submit your completed application, you will receive a confirmation along with instructions on how to track the progress of your application.
Once your application has been submitted, it will be provided to a recruiter for review. If you are selected for the next step, you will be contacted by our Human Resource department.
If selected as a top candidate you may receive an invitation to interview. This is your time to find out more about Lakeland Regional Health, present your skills, certification and education.
The most qualified candidates will be invited for a department interview. This interview is designed to determine if it is a good fit based on skills, experience and compatibility. You’ll have an opportunity to see the work environment and possibly meet other members of the team.
Job offers are contingent on a HR screening including background check and references in addition to your pre-employment physical.
Congratulations! You’ve made it through the interview and accepted our job offer. The next step is to complete your onboarding documents and pre-employment appointment to include a visit to Occupational Health.
Your first day of employment will be your general employee orientation which begins with the foundation of Lakeland Regional Health, our culture of caring. Doors close promptly at 7:50.
